Business Strategies and Future Plans
To achieve our business objectives whilst maintaining our cost competitiveness, we plan to adopt the following strategies to drive our future growth and increase shareholder value:-
- Continued focus on Foshan City region and expansion into other high growth cities in the PRC such as the Pearl River Delta region as well as other emerging regions such as Guangxi Province, Hunan Province, Jiangxi Province, Liaoning Province and Tianjin City
- Continue to seek new and suitable opportunities to build up our land reserves and portfolio of investment properties through direct acquisitions, joint ventures or business alliances
- Continued focus on quality integrated residential and commercial property developments through our vertically-integrated business model
- Maintain an optimal balance between land bank and capital sufficiency in building up our land reserves and portfolio of investment properties so as to optimise our debt levels and returns to our shareholders
